Everything you could want from a locum; reliable, clinically competent, excellent professional conduct and works well in a team
by Lee-Ann Oliver BVM&S CERTAVP (CATTLE) (SHEEP) MRCVS, The Fold Farm Vets
We have employed Dan on multiple occasions, as he always delivers on his commitments, can handle any task thrown at him including health planning advice, APHA work, routine dairy beef and sheep tasks, sole-charge out of hours cover, and student teaching too.
It’s great to have a locum you can trust and his presence is always a boost for team morale.

Dan is excellent, reliable locum. He is popular with clients and slots seamlessly in with the team. He provides a high level of clinical and client care and is great at following up his cases. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

We were delighted to have Dan with us for 2.5 months during spring and he was a great asset to our team in that time. He quickly built rapport with our clients and team, fitting into the team quickly and becoming popular with the whole practice as well the farm team. He's great at developing and supporting younger vets and played an important role in our teaching within the Glasgow final year farm animal rotation. Dan is very conscientious, keeping great clinical notes and working well with our support team in billing and stock control which made him a great role model for our team.

Dan communicated well with our veterinary, technical and support team and has the experience to cover all eventualities in farm practice. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for his support in the future.
